The Store Manager responded swiftly to the Revdex.com's request for resolution He spoke to Mr [redacted] and they came to the following agreement: Two tires that were installed by mistake will be replaced; all lug nuts on the vehicle will be replaced Mr [redacted] agreed to contact the store when he is available to have service completed

Discount Tire Company has tried to resolve this claim. We have proven it was impossible for us to damage the wheels. We have done all we can. Thank You!

To Whom It May Concern:
On August 17th, 2017, I received a call from the concerned customer stating his Right Rear wheel fell offCustomer towed car to *** ***s in San Marcos. I went over personally to the location to inspect vehicleI saw Right Rear wheel was off and damage to Right
Rear fenderCustomer said the tow truck did most of the damage. This was witnessed by ***, the owner of *** ***Upon returning to the Discount Tire store, I reviewed the Customer’s history. I noted the Customer’s last visit to Discount Tire for tires was 6-14-The mileage of the vehicle then was at 75,At the time the wheel came off the vehicle the odometer read 91,I turned in a claim to our Discount Tire Claims Department on 8-19-per Customer’s request. Customer subsequently came to Discount Tire and purchased new rear tires for his vehicle. After investigation and careful consideration, the Claims Department has denied the claim and found no fault by Discount Tire. In an effort of good faith, we have offered a $concession to Customer, as we wish to retain his business and loyalty. This offer will continue to be applicable for weeks, although Customer has declined acceptance at this time

I believe the company is 100% responsible for the damage caused by the wheel falling offI am extremely lucky the wheel didn't fall off when I was driving on the freewaythe company needs to make sure all material supplied to customers is in good working orderI could have been killed and any other vehicle close would be in danger

I received a notice today
that Revdex.com had closed my complaint because I have not respond to Junior at discount tireI was unable to respond because in the message board I had no way of responding to his testimonyThis complaint has not been resolveI find it hard that discount tire machine or the carelessness of his employee have no ways of damaging customers aluminum wheels, because aluminum wheels is very easy to get damageI know that his answers would blame it on curb scratches which he had gave me in his responds, if so, why open up a claim with discount tire insurance to go back and denied what had happenAs a result, I had to fill a complaintAttachment fill along with this email are pictures of before and after comparison of my rims

The customer purchased used tires on January 27th, He paid $per tire (plus install)On August 16th, the customer came in with a non-repairable puncture as it was too close to sidewall. The used tires he purchased do not come with a warranty.
However, as a gesture of good faith, we prorated a new tire giving customer a $adjustment (equal to the amount spent per tire originally). In order to give an adjustment, we are required to send the tire back to the manufacturerThe customer wanted the adjustment tire back. As we were not able to give the original used tire, we gave the customer another used tire for free

Dear Mr. ***, It has been brought to my attention that there is some damage to your vehicle. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and would like to have the opportunity to start a claim on your behalf. I attempted to contact
you via telephone, but did not receive an answer and the voice mail was not set up, hence my contacting you via email. I understand that my store is a bit out of your way, but please contact me at your earliest convenience so that we can obtain all of the pertinent information and get the claim started for you. If coming in to the store is not a convenient option, if you would kind enough to forward some pictures of the damage, I will be happy to get the claim started that way as well.
