Review: About five weeks ago I paid for a membership to Sun Chasers in Newark Delaware.I went there two days later and the business had a note saying closed due to an emergency.Five weeks later and the business is still closed.I have emailed and wrote letters to no avail.They have my money, and I have a membership I can not use. Please help me find out what is happening with this business and is there a way to get my money back?Desired Settlement: They have my money, and I have a membership that I can not use.I want to be refunded or find out what has happened to them.

Review: I signed up for a six month tanning package, paid in full. This business has been closed for over a month now, and I have called numerous times, and sent numerous e-mails to the address provided on the company's website and have not been contacted back by the company. I still had five months left on my tanning package, and would like that money refunded since the business is closed. I was not informed the business would be closing, and was never offered any type of refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back.
