I am not feeling comfortable that my car won't be damaged while it is there I was already told when I told them I didn't want the car that they couldn't say it wouldn't be damagedThey also told me they couldn't do business with me after I put $10,down in cash on a car I didn't really want then jerked around for another two weeks on trying to get a bigger vehicle then after they threw us out for being upset and voicing our issues they through us out and said they couldn't do business with us, and they continued to run through a loan four times through four banksI would rather get my money back and them take this junk car back and give me my money backOh yeah they also tried to make me give them even more money down for another $bank feel that I was told it was illegal to charge me forThat is almost $in bank feesI am just so sick of this whole thing

Spoke at length with customer about his concerns, compensated him for his loss of hours at work and his time.  Customer was pleased that we spoke and was happy to hear explanations that I could give him.  All is good at this time.  Told him to call me direct on any other concerns.Thank you,[redacted]General Manager

I spoke to [redacted] on Monday June 19, 2017. He was interested in leasing a New Chevy Traverse, as advertised on the website. I walked him thru the lease details. I offered to lease him new Traverse for what was listed on our website 10k per year for 39 months for a payment of $196 per...

month, with all the money down as listed the disclaimer page for our leases.Mr [redacted] wanted to do a 12k mile per year lease for the same money down and the same monthly payment. I explained to him that a 12k a year lease would be $237 a month and require a lot more money down. At no time did we refuse to sell Mr., [redacted] for the advertised price on line! I told him to come in and we would honor the price. We also need to value his trade in and that a trade value could not be done over the phone. I never informed him that the website was incorrect. I explained that leases are complicated and that the easy thing to do is come in and we would honor the advertised price. I have attached the following repair order showing that Sun Chevrolet thoroughly wentthrough Mr. [redacted] vehicle during the pre-certification and New York State Inspection process.There is absolutely no way for safety reasons that this vehicle left Sun Chevrolet with a door notworking or closing...

We are not sure If the door was shut to hard, or ice or snow mayhave played a role in what happened but the door worked properly when this vehicle left thedealership and did so apparently until Mr. [redacted] returned for repairs few days thereafter.Mr. [redacted] was charged only a fraction of the repairs as to be fair considering thesituation. The total repair was actually $175.00 for labor and $230.00 for parts totaling with 8%tax total bill would have been $469.80.We were just was trying to be fair about the situation and charged Mr. [redacted] $45.00for labor and $170.00 for parts with a 10% discount as weil totaling with tax $213.84.If I can be of further assistance please feel free to reach out to me. Customer was confused between the 2016 Colorado and a 2015 GMC Canyon the Colorado has black rims. He purchased the 2015 Canyon and he took delivery on 08/24/2017. Attached is proof that the rims on re Canyon are and always where silver, the customer is now satisfied and driVing the GMC...
