I was gone away for a few day when a complaint came in from the customer.As soon as I was able I called him. I worked thinks out to the customers satisfaction. We always guarantee 100% satisfaction.The customer was very happy with how I handled the complaint and...
even told me he would have us back to clean his chimney again next year.I did not know that he had made this complaint until after I spoke with him.I guess he had made it before he spoke with me. I wish I was able to speak to him earlier.I think he is very satisfied and would not have made a complaint if he had spoke to me.
