Problem with Service
We were facing a situation where in our garage door was not closing through the garage remote only in the morning It was working perfectly fine through out the day So we requested SUN CITY GARAGE DOOR SERVICE to have a look and identify what was causing this on 5th May The technician came and checked the garage door and tried to open /close multiple times with the remote and it worked perfectly fineSo he suggested to do a servicing(costing $120) as he was not able to recreate the issue we were facingWe agreed to do the servicing and after he sprayed some liquid on the channel and the chain, the garage door stopped working, it would not close
After lengthy discussion he left us with no option but to change the wheels that would cost another $(as he claimed that he would have to remove the whole garage door and replace it ) The issue got fixed , however my garage door was covered in my home warranty which was supposed to be effective 05/

On Monday March 19th, I had requested the services of Sun City Garage Doors to repair my garage door The damage was the chain system to the garage door had broken The service tech came to the house and immediately repaired the chain system Once complete he advised me to perform monthly maintenance to prevent further damage Which I notedand it is on the receipt of transaction Before he left we did a test on the garage door to make sure it was in working order It did not close on the first try and he did something with the sensor and it closed That night my wife came home and parked our vehicle in the garage, utilizing the remote for the garage Door opened fine, but would not closeI had to manually close the garage door The next day, (March 20th) I had the technician back out to look at the door He replaced a pulley and did not inspect the garage door opener for follow o

When my garage door opener broke I called Sun City Garage Doors and they sent Brandon out that day to fix it ! He was very knowledgable ! He was fast and efficient ! He replaces the springs in no time ! I highly recommend Brandon and this company ! Overall I give the experience stars !

The worker replaced rollers on my garage door and re-programmed my two remote controls and charged me $for the work.I was ripped off!!
The repairman replaced garage door rollers and used a claw hammer to pry them out using the rail for leverage and used his hammer to bang them out and in when replacing the rollers.The garage door track has indents where he pried the rollers out in in.I know that this method of replacing rollers on a garage door is not correct! Why one star? I was quoted about $for the labor then given three price points for the springsThe top level was $and came with a lifetime warrantyAs I talked out the pricing the service guy never told me the price was per spring, and there are two springsAfter the job was done, I was shocked when the price came to $1,and some changeIt pays to shop around folks
