Review: Sun City Roofing re-roofed my home 3/3/2014. Within the last 2 months I have found broken pieces of roofing tile on my back patio. I called them on 2.12.16 leaving my name & number and indicating the problem. No call back. I called again on Tuesday, 2/16. I received a call back telling me that a foreman would contact me and come the next day to look at the roof and see where the tile had come from. Never happened. Note: there is also a tile that has slipped on a corner of the roof in the courtyard area which I told them about. I called again and was told they would be out the next day. I indicated I would not be at home but was told it would be looked at and they would call me in the evening and tell me what they found. As of today , 2/19/16 I have not heard a word and do not believe they have looked at the roof.Desired Settlement: I would like them to look at the roof and make repairs of any tiles that have fallen for slipped.

Review: my roofing job was completed on 7-1-15 by Sun City Roofing. The contact person was George W[redacted]. On Tuesday, 8-4-15 @ 6:32 a.m., I sent a text msg. w/pictures to George of roof shingles that needed to be tacked down. Explained they were sticking up quite a bit and had concerns about rain water getting underneath and causing a problem. George responded @ 8:22 a.m. on same day stating that we would come by and take a look and fix them later in the week. He never showed up. On Wednesday,8-5 @ 7:06 a.m. I sent a text asking George if he would be able to come and fix shingles, he responded "no, I'm on a job in Ph. I will let you know." I didn't hear or see him until Sat. 8-15 @8:57 a.m. saying he didn't forget me and he would take care of repair. To date (August 31) I haven't heard or seen George and the repairs still are not done.Desired Settlement: I want the repair done as promised within a timely manner.
