To Whom this May Concern,Sun City RV is aware of the issues and has been working on resolving them We would like to take this opportunity to clarify some of the facts provided in the complaint.Customer purchased unit from Sun City RV Customer received financial approval decision from
Credit Union on August 28th, however there were stipulations to the funding Customer needed to supply proof of income from all sources (pay stubs matching her gross income provided on her credit application), signed membership card to join Credit Union, and $2,down payment Customer moved forward with transaction with full understanding of financing stipulationsUnit was delivered on September 3rd by an outside transport company, at the customers request, customer was referred to a licensed bonded transport service.Customer was notified by the Credit Union and Sun City RV that the lending stipulations were not met and that if stipulations were not provided, the loan would be cancelledCustomer chose not to provide stipulation documents to either Sun City RV nor the Credit Union Subsequently the loan was cancelled, customer was given the opportunity to rewrite the loan and provide all documentation or the unit would need to be surrenderedCustomer informed us that she did not want to proceed with rewriting the loan and to come and pick up the unit, however in order for her to release the unit, she wanted her $2,down payment returned.Sun City RV in good faith sent two employees to pick up the unit Customer did indeed receive her check in the amount of $2,and surrendered the unit, however upon the return of the unit, it was clearly visible that it was not returned in the same condition as it was sold At this point, Sun City RV put a hold on the check to access the damage and obtain estimates for repairs to the unit Before and after photos provided.Sun City RV has been working on providing an estimate to customer once all damage has been assessed Parts and labor has taken some time, however customer will be returned any difference in price between down payment paid forth and cost of repairs to return unit to same condition upon sale.Items noted as damage to be fixed, and or replacedReinstall dinette table to original placementRepair rear broken closet cabinetReplace manual tongue jackReinstall microwave plateRebuild bedroom nightstandReplace mattress for size designated for unit bedroom (Original mattress taken out and replaced with larger mattress In order to allow space for this mattress, customer broke nightstand to the right.) **An employee of Sun City RV spoke with the customer on 10/28/to see if customer would bring back original mattress in exchange for larger mattress currently in unit Customer was upset and unwilling to return at this time and hung up the employee)Clean UnitEmpty sewer waste Please find attached estimate for your review along with before and after photos Sun City RV is taking the proper steps to ensure the unit is being returned to its original selling condition

Unfortunately, *** was sick and the email that was sent by the customer was not forwarded to the proper employee until *** came back to work, which was 3/10/ Catherine spoke with customer on 3/10/We emailed him a copy of the check that was sent to the bank on 3/2/
Currently, keeping in communication with customer and bank until check posts Customer feels we have resolved his issue

After looking at two fifth wheels, I was told not to be going into every trailer in the lot. I let it slide but then while I was walking toward the third trailer, my family and I were asked not to go in because it was "outside our price range". Mind you the salesman never asked what we were looking for or even if we needed any help. I'm black and my wife and stepson are hispanic, so when my wife asked what he had said, he told her in broken spanish and very disrespectful way that we couldn't afford it. Then he just told us to "have a good day". This is by far the most racist and embarrassing experiences I have ever had.

Review: Sun City RV removed catalytic converter from my RV and never put it back. RV failed emissions because the converter was not there. I went back to SC and asked them to replace the converter. At first they said the RV didn't require one. Later they claimed the RV didn't have one. When I pointed out that it was detailed in their invoice that it did have one which they removed. They then claimed it was an invoice error and asked me to leave the premises. I would not recommend anyone use SC for RV repairs because they do not stand behind their work. Because of SC actions I cannot license my RV unless I buy a converter and have it installed at my expense.Desired Settlement: I want the catalytic converter Sun City removed replaced in my RV at Sun City's expense.

Review: I consigned a RV with this company. they did not divulge all the charges prier to me driving the vehicle 105 miles to dealer for condition of sale. to the sum of $175 safety inspection and $34 dollars a foot restoration fee coming to $850. Please help. They listed it for $8,900 and said I would only get $4975.Desired Settlement: Stop sale and Charges.

Review: I purchase A Trailer from Sun City RV they took my $2000.00 deposit, I paid for delivery to my home of $200.00., I didn't get a walk through, all though many item were broken, sky light leaked when rained,one jack was broken therefore it was not level, etc. I called several times Chanler said he would take care of it. Three weeks later we had a walk trough, many items were addressed and said they would come and fix them, they never fixed a thing. When it was time to make my first Payment, I never received anything from the Bank I called SCRv and they said again they get back to me. Three days later I called again and was told the Bank lost my paper work and I would have to apply again. So with nothing being fixed and no return calls, poor communication and just poor business. I decided not to write anther contract and told them to pick it up and give me my $2000.00 deposit back. They picked up the Trailer and gave me a 2000.00 check the next day Sun City RV put a stop payment on it. Now SCRV is saying I broke things in the Trailer and wont give me my deposit back they have had it for over 2 weeks and no response from them. They said once they found out how much the damage would cost they would give me the difference. I've tried calling but they just say they will call me back. I never receive a call back. They have a service center there on the premises! I don't believe a word they say. They should not be in business!Desired Settlement: Just give me my Deposit back in cash.!!! Let people know not to purchase any thing from them! They are CROOKS

Review: 3/10/2015

On 6/20/2014 I left my rv with sun city rv on consignment.On 3/2/2015 sun city sent me a check for small amount due me from proceeds of sale, and letter telling me to notify MVD of sale and cancel my insurance (both done on 3/5/2015).as of 3/10/2015 my bank has no record of receipt of loan payoff, which costs me interest daily and still leaves me liable to bank for insurance coverage. T white (consignment mgr. ), is not responding to my emil request for info.on when and if the band has been sent funds.Desired Settlement: apology and requested info. Pay off bank to clear me of any and all responsibility on rv.

After my car was no longer worth repairing, I found a couple of cars I might be interested in at the Sun City RV website. The salesman was very helpful, courteous, and understood what I was looking for and my price range. When I expressed an interest in a vehicle that was not even on their website yet, they ran a CarFax report at no charge to me. I decided to buy that vehicle later the same day. Their Finance Manager, [redacted] did a great job in contacting the consignee, who wouldn't budge much on price, and absorbed some of the cost to close the transaction. I purchased the 2nd cheapest vehicle in their inventory, yet they treated me like it was a "high end" purchase.
