Review: I've been a customer at sun city self storage for more than 4 years. Recently went to access my rented unit. Found a red lock put on by the property manager. Called that next business day and told I owed $224.00 for back rent. I paid 224.80 on 8/26/15. Took receipt into mgr office and they said it was not a receipt. I paid in cash and the document was given to me by the person who collected my payment. I also find out they have been charging me $9.00 monthly for insurance. I was never asked to buy or notified in anyway of this charge. This has been going on for more than a year.Desired Settlement: Refund the $9.00 monthly charge as shown on billing. Adjust current bill accordingly and remove auction fee.
