time by 10% as stated on signed contract) No one is different it applies to all members. Now effective January 1 there was new management for this location. So, prices were changed and all members received a 10% increase or were a wear of new service fees. There were a few problems with our billing system and some members where charged a different amount and some were double charged. We are solving these issues and understand it was not pleasant for this to happen. With this said we did over charged Mrs. [redacted] so we will only pay back what is owed to her $40.86. She has been cancelled as a member effective this date 03/17/17. In regards to other fees she is requesting refund for we are unable to refund. All members are made aware offees and sign for what is being paid. If member was not happy with fees she should have not Continued or become a member.
