Review: I purchased a tanning package on 8/14/13 for $55 for stand up minutes. I never used the package due to the upcoming winter months. I was never notified that the business was closing down in dec 2013. They have my contact information. I was never contacted or refunded my money. I have left numerous messages and text messages for the owner. His name is Tom and contact # I have for him is [redacted]. I have the proof of payment on my banking statement.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded $55 for the package I purchased and never used.

Review: I bought a tanning minute package of 350 minutes for $80. I have over 100 minutes left and they will not honor them. The business is closing on 12/23/13 and my minutes were suppose to be extended until the end of the year. The employee is going back on her word and will not allow me to finish up what I paid for. She said she never said that and there is nothing she can do. She refused to give me her name and refused to offer any other manager or owners name and phone number.Desired Settlement: I would like to finish up what I paid for is all without any troubles. If that is not an option, I would like a partial refund or compensation of items they are selling/getting rid of due to business closure.
