Mr *** *** dropped his vehicle off with Quality Window Tint (QWT) to have his rear window re-tinted after Mr *** stated that he took his vehicle to another tinting shop and was very dis-satisfied with the work that the other tint shop completed on Mr ***'s rear winshield window
While re-tinting the rear window, QWT noticed that the piece in question(Piece is from a head rest in the car's backseat)was already brokenQWT does acknowledge that when QWT noticed that the piece was already broken that QWT should have called Mr *** immediately to advise him of the broken piece, but due to QWT's current workload, the phone call was not made and Mr *** was not notified.When Mr *** realized that the piece in question was broken, Mr *** contacted QWTQWT explained to Mr *** that when he brought in his car for the window re-tint that the piece in question was already broken, which QWT noticed upon the re-tinting applicationWe acknowledged that QWT should have contacted him immediately, but stated QWT was not responsible for the broken pieceDue to QWT Excellent Customer Service Standards, QWT stated to Mr *** that even though QWT was NOT responsible for breaking the piece in question that QWT would purchase the $dollar piece and install the piece free of charge, due to the fact that QWT did not make contact immediately when the broken piece was discovered.Mr *** stated that he did not want QWT to purchase and repair the broken head rest, but stated that QWT should be responsible for paying a dealership to fix and install the broken piece and stated that the cost that QWT would be responsible for paying would be $380.00.QWT feels that Mr *** is being unreasonable and unrealistic in expecting QWT to pay for a $bill, that even though QWT does NOT accept responsibility in breaking the part, did agree to purchase and repair the $dollar partQWT also feels that due to Mr ***'s dis-satisfaction with his original tinting job and then having to pay QWT to re-tint the same window

To whom this may concern: my name is mark f* owner of quality window tint,in response to *** *** , we went over all of the films and also what is legal in the state of OhioThe young man in question knew the legal limit of the tint and the quality of the film he choseI also
talked to *** on the phone and reduced our price to be suitable for both partiesWe here at quality window tint did our due diligence to correct a problem that was the best for both parties involved. Sincerely, mark f*

My son is a minor , I believe business should have ask for a license , and once found out he was a minor , should have said he needs parental consent The vehicle is in my name and it has illegal tint on it , business should make it right , make it LEGAL , AT NO CHARGE
