Dear [redacted]...

[redacted], Below is a quick overview of the timeline and resolution to Mr. [redacted] concerns. The resident (Mr. [redacted]) signed a pre-lease on December 13, 2014 with the expectation of being able to move-in within 2 months. In an attempt to beat that 60 day time frame the home was made available for them and keys were provided on January, 16 2014 (within the time frame explained). Upon move-in as with most new construction there were minor repairs needed (We encourage all new residents to live in a home a little and make a punch list). The resident made a punch list and provided it to the Cave Creek staff on January 25th at which point the vendor was contacted for repair. On February 27th, 2015 the contractor made all repairs that they could weather permitting. Those that were unable to repair during the winter season will be done as weather permits. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with. Thanks  ____________________________________________[redacted]Regional Vice President27777 Franklin Rd. I am rejecting this response because:Mr. [redacted] has not been told the complete story by his staff on site. He was contacted twice by myself and chose not to contact me reference the issues.First my co-renter and myself put a deposit down on a residence that was already on site and the sub structure was complete. We agreed with the staffon site that the residence would be ready by the 16th of January. In addition his staff advised us that it only takes 4 days to complete a residence. The residence sat for several days with no work being done on it. If you look at the day time temps for the period prior to our move in date it was goodtemps for working inside or out.We had continual contact with his staff and was told everything was on schedule. Just prior to our move in date we were told that the residence had failedinspection. I was checking on the residence daily and finding nothing was being done. The day prior to our move in date a contact slapped together the skirting or which it was a horrible job and has not been corrected to this date. Move in day was also final inspection day and we were told to tell the inspector we were not staying at the residence. We obtained a final inspection approval. Upon move in we talked again with his staff and did a final walk through and was advised to get a list together.Which we submitted to his staff (email date and topics are available).  We continued get excuses that the contractor that did our house was busy, not availableor not working. We continued to try and resolve these issues with his staff and just got excuses. We did finally approx. 2 weeks ago get a porch light on the front porch but none on the back as there was never a hole made for one during construction. Piles of trash were partially removed. A contractor did show up with a list of items to fix but it was for a different residence so he left and we have not seen anyonesince. Finally on the 13th of March we met with his staff and a contractor to get a complete list of what needed to be fixed. However a time frame was not given to us for completion or start of repairs.Mr. [redacted] talks about the weather causing problems and also effecting completion of the noted needed repairs. My question to him is how did 3 residence next to ours get completely finished with landscaping and sprinkler systems running that were delivered after ours. Not set on the lots, not even delivered. Families moved in and everythingincluding the outside sheds painted.Everything I have stated and more has been documented with his staff. We have also heard of several other residents having these same type of issues.
Regards,
