The first time he tried to publish, he was sent away was because he was missing the forms altogether so there was nothing to publish.

He went back to the court after we informed him we needed the DE121.
He returned with the correct DE121 form.
We published the DE121 form which is required.
The customer then came back into the office to collect the final proof of publication.
At that time, the customer did not indicate there was anything wrong with the filing. It was not until after his court date did he realize that he and his wife did not have the correct DE121. When the customer had gone back to the court house, they had picked up his sisters DE121 and not his own.
We published what the customer provided us. Upon speaking with the customer, they chose to not go through with their probate and as of the last time they came into the Sun office they still did not have the correct DE121 from with his name on it.
So it's apparent that the customer did not check to see who's name was on the DE121 form that he provided us. And we do not change nor would we know which name should be on the form since it was provided to us in good faith.
