Terrible customer service friend recommended the company, I scheduled an appointment for March 4th at 8:00 they said they would be here. I listened to the recording, got all my rooms ready and vacuumed like they instructed and no one showed and no call. I called they said there a mixed up in the office but did not contact me, told me they would be her between 12-2pm finally arrived at 3:00pm. I had to miss a day of work and cancel meetings. Will never use them again and didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience
