Mr ***, you have your facts all wrong, my boat is not a its a 20FT cutter with hrs on the boat, your off by years*** *** offered me for my boat then renigged when the sea ray went on sale, saying my boat had mechanical issues which was untrueI asked for the inspection of my boat *** refused to give it to me..AS FAR AS MY SPEECH IS CONCERNED I WAS INJURED IN THE US ARMY SERVING OUR COUNTRY I TAKE THIS AS AN INSULT YOUR COMMENTSPLEASE REFRAIN FROM MAKING FUN OF MY INJURIES RECEIVED SERVING MY COUNTRY! The customer was not cheated out of any monies. His allegation stems from the valuation of his trade-in. The customer was given a value of his boat based on book value and a visual inspection pending mechanical inspection. After performing the...

mechanical inspection, several serious issues with the trade-in were found which brought down the value of the trade-in. The claim of the new boat, that was purchased, being defective stems form two minor cosmetic issues. These cosmetic issues were covered under the manufacturer's warranty and the repairs were and are done. Never was the boat unusable at any time.

Ii have a written contract from sun country were they stole 2700 hundred dollars from me. And the cosmetics problems they claim, was 4 months of repairs at their shop I have had my brand new boat 6 months and its been in the shop for 4 of those months with thousands of dollars in damage.
sun country sold me a very damaged boat because I was unable to look inside the boat because of a disability that has left me wheel chair bound. sun country has no ADA access for the disabled and they used this to trick me into buying a boat that could have never passed [redacted] inspection. [redacted] lied to me many times and even told me via phone he would buy my boat back because it was in such bad shape he didn't follow through on his promise
Sun country marine sold this Disabled Vet a very damaged boat and stole 2700 hundred dollars from me. There was nothing wrong with my trade as they claim it was checked by 2 different boat dealers and they stated it was in very good shape, I asked sun country for the inspection they say they performed on my boat for trade in, they wouldn't give it to me because they never did it. I ask [redacted] to keep his word and buy my boat back for 42 thousand dollars and return the 2700 hundred dollars sun country stole from me. If anyone reads this please be aware of sun country marine they will do whatever it takes to cheat and steal from their customers, buyer beware!
