I would advise everyone to NOT to business with this organizationThere were several issues which were negative: [redacted] the leasing manager is incompetent - She doesn't return phone calls, did not provide receipts for transactions, she told my daughter she could move in on 2/then the day before my daughter called to follow up and the Property Manager ( [redacted] ) told her [redacted] never should have told her that because they did not have the apartment ready yetWe had boxes packed and moving assistance scheduled - my daughter and her room mate were homeless until I stepped inThen [redacted] informed my daughter and her roommate that the move in rate was $on separate occasions but, on the 2nd move in date 2/she stated it would be $I stepped into assist my daughter because this is her first time moving in to her new placeI spoke to [redacted] in which she proceeded to tell me about the $596....I told her that is now what she promised my daughter and she needed to stand by her agreementShe would not so, I asked to talk to her boss/mgr...she proceeded to tell me she does not work until MondayI told her that was not acceptable and said "You're telling me if it is an urgent matter that we can not speak to your manager?" She said she could "text' her then said call but, then reverted back to that she couldn't until MondaySo, I said again...."So, your refusing to call your manager to resolve this issue?" She said she would "text" her and then call me backWell, I gave her an hour and she never called back so, I went to the Apartment leasing officeShe said she was just reading the text from her manager [redacted] and she said she would give us $offI told her again this is NOT ACCEPTABLE you need to honor your original deal of $move itShe refusedI told her that this was a bad way to conduct business and I was going to contact the Revdex.comAdditionally, I told her my daughter would need her $that she put down for a deposit...she said she could not refund money and that only the manager couldAs we know, the manager would not be in until Monday so, my daughter will have to return for her deposit to be returned to herShe did not even care that my daughter and her roommate were homeless if it wasn't for me because of her mess upHer manager obviously does not care because she could have resolved the issue by honoring the $move it that was promisedPlease do not trust these individuals because anything that is said is not honored and someone else can be homeless too if they rely on themI do not know if the property owners RK Property are aware of how their businesses are being run but, they will once I have advised them of our situationVery disappointing situation with a very disappointing outcomeApproach with CautionIt is a shame the way both [redacted] and [redacted] have handled this situation because the apartments look well maintained and an ok place to live and my daughter and room mate would have been responsible tenants

[redacted] the leasing manager is incompetent - She doesn't return phone calls, did not provide receipts for transactions, she told my daughter she could move in on 2/2 then the day before my daughter called to follow up and the Property Manager ([redacted]) told her [redacted] never should have told her that because they did not have the apartment ready yet. We had boxes packed and moving assistance scheduled - my daughter and her room mate were homeless until I stepped in. Then [redacted] informed my daughter and her roommate that the move in rate was $199.00 on 3 separate occasions but, on the 2nd move in date 2/7 she stated it would be $596. I stepped into assist my daughter because this is her first time moving in to her new place. I spoke to [redacted] in which she proceeded to tell me about the $596....I told her that is now what she promised my daughter and she needed to stand by her agreement. She would not so, I asked to talk to her boss/mgr...she proceeded to tell me she does not work until Monday. I told her that was not acceptable and said "You're telling me if it is an urgent matter that we can not speak to your manager?" She said she could "text' her then said call but, then reverted back to that she couldn't until Monday. So, I said again...."So, your refusing to call your manager to resolve this issue?" She said she would "text" her and then call me back. Well, I gave her an hour and she never called back so, I went to the Apartment leasing office. She said she was just reading the text from her manager [redacted] and she said she would give us $50 off. I told her again this is NOT ACCEPTABLE you need to honor your original deal of $199 move it. She refused. I told her that this was a bad way to conduct business and I was going to contact the Revdex.com. Additionally, I told her my daughter would need her $99.00 that she put down for a deposit...she said she could not refund money and that only the manager could. As we know, the manager would not be in until Monday so, my daughter will have to return for her deposit to be returned to her.
She did not even care that my daughter and her roommate were homeless if it wasn't for me because of her mess up. Her manager obviously does not care because she could have resolved the issue by honoring the $199 move it that was promised.
Please do not trust these individuals because anything that is said is not honored and someone else can be homeless too if they rely on them.
I do not know if the property owners RK Property are aware of how their businesses are being run but, they will once I have advised them of our situation.
Very disappointing situation with a very disappointing outcome.
Approach with Caution.
It is a shame the way both [redacted] and [redacted] have handled this situation because the apartments look well maintained and an ok place to live and my daughter and room mate would have been responsible tenants.
