Review: This business has rented out my RV under the conditions that they pay me half of the rental profits. And they refuse to pay me the money they owe me. The total they owe me is $2,613.38 and was due October 17 2013.Desired Settlement: I want the money they owe me. The total is $2,613.38.

Review: Mr. and Mrs [redacted] should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If you read history of complaints, they practice selling consigned vehicles and fail to pay owners for those vehicles. They pocket the money from buyers and do not pay original owners, causing a domino effect of problems for both.Desired Settlement: PAYMENT TO THE OWNER AND PROSECUTION OF THE DEALER.

Review: I had cosigned by RV for consignment [redacted] and his wife [redacted] sold my RV to a buyer without transfer of title and also did not pay the lien. They also did not tell me the unit was sold. When I went to claim my RV [redacted] told me it was already sold and I am keeping your money. Sorry!Desired Settlement: I would like my RV returned and for [redacted] and [redacted] to cancel the bill of sale because the RV was sold under fraud and the title and lien were never paid or transferred. I did file a bond and his bond is cancelled. 100K in claims. The consignment agreement was for 12k.

Review: I took my Toy Hauler to Sun Diego RV (Was previously called [redacted] RV) in September 2012 and put it under consignment to sell. We had agreed that I would be given $8,000 and he take any profit after the sale. The contract also stated that the dealer would call with any offers made. After several months, we were in contact and he suggested we pay for repairs to fix the trailer so that it be more appealing to a potential buyer. I agreed and paid nearly $1,000 to fix the trailer. A few months went by and I still had not heard from Mr. Rice. I paid a visit to the lot, could not find our trailer, saw Mr. [redacted] and he informed me that he had sold it back in May and never contacted me. Instead, he used MY money to pay for HIS bills. Now he claims he does not have the money to pay me, and I am left with no trailer and a loan that I cannot afford. How can this even be legal? How is he getting away with this? He stole my money and I want it back. I sent a demand letter and I'm threating legal action if this is not resolved soon. His business was also reported on KUSI News Turko Files. If need be, I will be in touch with various news outlets to spread the word of his wrong doings.Desired Settlement: Mr. [redacted] needs to do the right thing and pay me for the sale of my toy hauler. I am more than willing to settle out of court, but will do everything in my power if he is unwilling to cooperate.

Review: On 3/14/2012 we have signed a Consignment Agreement with [redacted] RV to sell our 2005 Teton fifth wheel trailer and 2001 Freightliner truck hauler. In April 2013, I called [redacted] to inform him that we were going to move our units to a new dealer to be sold. He then told me that they had been sold, but not when. He said that because they had been so busy with the move to their new location, he had not had time to process the paperwork and send us the money owned us. I later learned that the trailer was sold and delivered out of state in September 2012 and that the truck was sold and delivered out of state in February 2013.

After many weeks of broken promises to pay us, we sent a complaint to the California DMV. The complaint has more details as to monies owed us and agreements signed by [redacted]. We can forward these documents if necessary.

We thank you in advance for any help you can give us in getting this complaint resolved.Desired Settlement: Payment as promised per Settlement and Mutual Release Agreements, dated 7/20/2013, showing amounts owned for the Teton trailer sell of $58,500.00 and $21,600.00 for selling of the truck. We would like to payoff our lenders our selves and get the new owners their proper ownership paperwork.

Review: This company sold our RV on consignment and has not paid us for the sale. The owner simply told me that they did not have my money and did not know when they expect to pay me. He did not return any of my phone calls or emails. I went over to the lot and found out that RV was gone and the listing was removed. They sold my RV and never informed me of the sale. I do not understand how they are still allowed to operate a business under false pretenses.Desired Settlement: I would like to get paid what I am entitled to under our contractual agreement. He should not be allowed to operate another business. I believe he lost his last business Rice RV the same way.

Review: I had my travel trailer on cosignment with Rice Rv. They never informed me when the trailer sold. When I called to check on the status, they told me they sold it a month ago. When I ask where my funds where, the owner said he does not have the money to pay me. He said if I would be patient he would pay me eventually. Rice Rv is now one month past the date I should have been paid and I am still getting his sob story.Desired Settlement: I would like Rice Rv to pay me the $18,000 dollars that they owe me for the sale of my travel trailer.

We do regret being late on paying the customer on time, however, we have made payment in full to them (along with an additional late penalty of $1000) for a total of $19,000.
