I have used this company a couple times before, and always have a good experienceThis time I had them out to replace my garbage disposalThe guy who was out was very nice & did a great jobThe pricing was reasonable & they even accepted a coupon I had saved from ages ago!The girl in the office ( [redacted] I think) was also very sweetI will definitely continue to use them
On May 6th, West End's technician came to the house when we had a leak He expertly repaired the trap under the kitchen sink and showed up on time*** is very knowledgable and explained the problem and he repaired it on the spot There's a friendly staff in the office that kept us posted about his arrival time We would use them again anytime and refer them to our neighbors
