S.U.N. Energy!

They put in the wrong ac unit in our two story house and our house has been colder than ever. Called every number no one ever called back or fix it.
This is the worst company ever, avoid at all cost!!! They put in the wrong ac unit in our two story house and our house has been colder than the temperature outside. The heater was not strong enough to ventilate the whole house and we did not know this until we called someone to come look at the ac to make sure it was not broken or just needed to turn on the heater box or something. That's when we were told that the heater that was put in was too small for the house. Called every number I could find to have someone come out and fix the problem, none of the numbers works, we payed over $5000+ to put this new system in and rewired the whole house and to not have not one person to call or reach out to us is just mind blowing and down right unprofessional. Now I have to call the company we making payments to and cancel all future payments and file a suit because i'm not going to pay for something that does not work and no one will come out and correct the problem. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! SERIOUSLY AVOID THEM BECAUSE THEY SUCK

Need to know what has happened to company. They have stopped paying on a govt approved loan and now finance co is requesting payment from me now,how
purchased govt contract with Bright Energy for 13000.oo for air conditioning and heat they installed. Paid thru and financed with Aqua Finance acct *** for 05/18/17. I qualified
for total deferred goverment assistance for my income so low, This is a goverment program. PPlease advise Sales Rep Shawn Richardson 4076079648 Payments of 130.00 a month. Now 150,00 this month because of a late payment of 20.00. All phone numbers are disconnected.

We were advised that this company were involved in a government scheme helping householders to reduce their energy bills. We were promised (and received) a new A/C system and although we had to enter a loan agreement to be paid monthly, this company would front each year's payments from money they receive from the government. Bright Energy gave us a check for the amount of the first year's payments in the sum of $1,200 but when we tried to pay this into our bank were advised that this was a fraudulent check. On checking with *** Bank (the bank of Bright Energy) they also told us that this check was not one used by the company. Any communications by phone and email have never been returned, and their website was showing as 'under construction' but is not showing as 'permanently closed'. In the meantime, we are paying Aqua Finance our loan repayment of $100 per month, but this is not a loan we would have entered into if the 'government scheme' had not been presented to us. From what we know, Bright Energy have received money from Aqua Finance (which we are repaying) and (if it is to be believed) they have also received money from the government which should have been passed on to us. We have been in touch with Aqua Finance and explained all this to them, and the are investigating as there are a number of people who have been caught up in this 'government scheme'. Aqua Finance are also having in response from Bright Energy.
