I have attached a copy of the invoice for the work we did on the piers on *** Drin Boston.I have been to the property a total of timesFirst when (did the site inspection prior to the sate.Second when I checked on the piers Mr*** had expressed concerns regarding their alignment
Third,when t met with Bill F* and discussed what would be done to correct the piers which were out oflineThe fourth time was when Steve and I dug four new holes and set four new piersThe fifth timewas to meet with MrF* for him to Inspect and OK the work we had done, prior to the barnconstructionI did tell Mr*** that the foundation was approved fay MrF* and constructionwould be starting the next day.I went back a sixth time at your request to back fill other piers where the backfill had settledThis wasdone after Thanksgiving and after the building was builtdid crawl under the building and move what Iwas able to reach.I called Bill F* today and he told me that he had already done the final inspection and was finewith the buildingHe agreed that there are more piers than needed under that structure and the exactplacement can vary, without compromising the strength of the foundation.The building is an auxiliary structure, not attached to a residenceSixteen piers in 18" holes is by taroverkill.Let me know If you need any more Information.Greg
