Review: I purchased a Cherry Infrared Heater ([redacted] in December 2011. The unit came with a 3 year warranty. It stopped producing any heat in February 2014, well within the warranty period. After a couple of emails, the company finally diagnosed the problem and said they would mail out replacement bulbs for the unit. There was no offer to ship the unit back or take it some place for repair. The bulbs arrived after several weeks. The directions for replacing the bulbs were difficult, and involved dis-assembling the entire unit. With the unit apart (pieces, parts, screws everywhere), I went to replace the bulbs (6 of them), only to find they were incorrect and wouldn't fit. I emailed the company and they told me to go to a hardware store and buy butt-splices to extend the leads so the bulbs would fit. This is a ridiculous warranty. The company has stopped responding and is now ignoring me.Desired Settlement: A refund of the purchase price or replacement of the unit.
