Sun Glow takes extreme pride in how we work with our clients Our technicians have been trained and certified and while we do make mistakes from time to time, we stand behind our technicians diagnostics We have attached the invoice for the disputed service What can be seen from the invoice is that our technician in the field did more than cycle equipment.The maintenance was not performed because the maintenance was not the real issue behind the poor performance of the systems We note amp draws which cannot be done by simply cycling the system We also talk about the system having a low charge A low charge cannot be determined without placing our gauges on the system We see the other technician just added refrigerant, we can do that too, although it does not address the issue of visible contaminates in the sight glass (which is placed there specifically for viewing the refrigerant).Also, in refrigeration systems leak checks are always strongly suggested so that we can eliminate future calls for our client We don't as a company simply use the "top off" methodology This method leads to repeat visits of adding refrigerant to keep the system going rather than identifying the cause of the low refrigerant levels This is our companies standard practice to prevent future repairs and protect the integrity of the compressors.With all of that said, the business did speak to our Service Manager who did say that we would reimburse the entire service call Please do not see this as an admission of fault, we are very certain in ready through this invoice and speaking to the technician that Sun Glow did the work appropriately and made sound recommendations to the client
