Thank you for your message,and I think I missed all your message you sent me before
First,I am very very sorry to hear this complaint from Mr.***,and also I am not very happy for this complaint,and I can't accept this
complaint from him!!!
Second, I checked my file and I found we received this job deposit on July 17,2014,and received balance payment on Aug 1st,2014,generally,if our clients is not satisfied our job finishing,we won't be able to get the balance payment
Third, I remember he ask us come back is after we finished this job about months later, and I came back check and found what he said the problem the most come from the nature stone feature, but I still promise we will come back to fix that and ask him give me some time to do this, because I need right person,right tools,right material and right time for him and for us too!
I always talk with our clients about nature stone,if you chose nature you had to accept the nature stone nature feature,otherwise you can't use nature stone,because nature stone never be 100% perfect!
Anyway,I already call Mr.*** home phone and left message today and try to make an appointment to fix what he asked,and as I said, we will try to do our best still,and now I am waiting for him call me back

Spencer (the owner) suggests that we are unhappy with the choice of natural stoneThis has NOTHING to do with natural stone feature and he is fully aware of thisHe personally inspected (nearly a year after the installation) the marred result where his installer ground down the polished surface in an area where two abutting slabs were not evenHe promised to re-polish it, but to give him time
Furthermore and with all respect to Spencer, he forgets that I phoned him the day after install to pay the balance and compliment him on his productIt was the following day when I saw the said dulled grind area and immediately called him about it telling him that we would be away for the winter within one month and could we please have it polished before thenNothing was done prior to our departure last year and it took two months after our return in the spring before Spencer finally came to inspect as mentioned aboveThe installation was in August 2014, and we are today November with a still unresolved complaintAgain, this year we informed Spencer of our scheduled winter away and heard nothing from himAs mentioned, he no longer returned our callsI think we have acted patiently and reasonably towards Spencer and due to his disregard toward us, I am requesting that, upon our return in May 2016, the affected area on our counter top be re-polished by a professional other than Sun Granite and at Sun Granite's expense
