We are happy to report that the main issue was an unresponsive manufacturer. We now have had contact with them and received confirmation that it was a bad fan, with no replacement options offered by the manufacturer. We researched other market...

options and were able to find a compatible fan for our customer and will replace it immediately once it arrives. Customer is satisfied with our communications and efforts at this time.

I am not satisfied with their communications and efforts. I still don't know if they have found a fan that will fix the inverter. I have had to make multiple calls every few days because they don't call me to let me know what is going on.
1. It took six days and 3 messages to get a callback after I first reported the problem. At that point, they said they would call the manufacturer.
2. Nothing for 3 days and when I called, they said they were still waiting for the manufacturer to call them back.
3. Five days later on a Thursday (2 weeks after reporting the problem), I filed the Revdex.com complaint. Five days after that on Monday, Sun Light and Power called to say they would address the problem immediately.
4. Two days later,on 9/2, Sun Light and Power arrived at my home and, after 3 hours, said that the fan was warped and they had taken measurements to make sure a replacement fan "if found" would fit. They would call me after they got back to their office and checked.
5. Five days later (4 weeks after I reported the problem), Sun called me to say that they think they have found a fan to replace the warped fan and will come out to check.
6. The next day Sun employee arrived and to my surprise said that he was going to measure the space to make sure that the fan would fit. Because measuring was supposed to have been done on 9/2, and their call seemed to indicate that they had the fan, I thought that they were going to attempt an install. I suspected a delaying tactic. Before leaving, he said that he "THINKS" the fan will fit. They will now "TRY" to get it and "TRY" to install it next week.
It is now 4 weeks since I reported the problem and they are just now TRYING to get the fan and if they can, will TRY to install it next week.
No...I am not satisfied, especially with the lack of responsiveness, delays, and poor communication.
