I am rejecting this response because: I only received $28.+ change from the refund due to their claim that I was over drawn $14.00 which I was not. then they recently charged me a $16 maintenance fee knowing full well that I meet the requirements to not be charged that amount but only $7 for not maintaining a minimum balance of $100, they took that money out of another refund I received. I have talked to theses people on the phone to still be double talked  and have the reason for the thefts to be continuously changed from one to the next. Whether these people are doing this knowingly or by way of  a glitch in their computer system does not matter theft is theft! The level of sleaze this bank is willing to stoop to knows no bounds when it comes to stealing from the disabled
