No sign has been posted yet. I will not mark this complaint as resolved until the sign has been posted and left on display for a significant amount of time. No sign is misleading to all customers.

All Coin-Operated Machines laundromat is self-service where no refunds will be available. Each washer will have a price indicator that every quarter inserted will show price reduced accordingly until balance shown zero where washing can be begin.Coin return features is only works if the washer is out of service and not for customer to change mind after inserted of quarters.We will take not on complaint ID# [redacted] where a sign will be display that Self-Service, no refunds on Coin-Operated Machines.
First of all, I would like to apologized behalf my staff for displaying any bad manner towards the complainant. Secondly, each washing machine will only operate once the customer pays the correct amount but, I found this situation very odd the fact if the complainant puts in the exact change into...
the washer is should run automatically and there is no need to put more coins. We've been in business almost 10 years this is the very first time we ever received this kind of complaint. Once again we are sorry.
