Review: I went to this location to purchase gas because I saw that the gas was a little cheaper than the one I usually attend. The sign outside said Regular 2.01 right under that was 2.09 and another price for what I was assuming premium fuel. I went in got a drink and went to the counter to pay with my debit card. The clerk said he will have to ring up the gas and the drink separate and run my card as credit. I said ok although they got me to sign the sheet for the gas and push in my debit pin for the soda. Then I proceeded to go and pump my gas and chose Regular for the 2.01 price. While it was pumping the price said 2.09. So I went back into the store to tell them the sign says 2.01 for Regular gas. He told me that is when you pay cash for regular, when you use a credit card it charges you 2.09. I told him that is false advertising, he said if you look at the big sign outside that is up in the air and in small print it tells you. I know it was .46cent that I lost but it is still my money that is valuable to me.Now my complaint is that I feel that the rest of the gas stations are not doing this and how can anyone see that little small print? I think this should be illegal to do or to charge one thing for credit and another for cash.Desired Settlement: This owner needs to place more signs that the gas prices are cheaper using cash and not credit. Rather than get the gas prices and the credit card usage fees from the clients and this is something that the owner should pay not the customers. Please resolve this issue so when honest people like myself goes somewhere like this we don't have to worry if we have to read the fine print just to purchase gas.
