This business has some of the worst practices I've ever witnessed They took about 3-days to get back to us about our AC that went out in the middle of August in Bullhead City, AZ, so we had to find other places to stay We continued to rent from them, thought many of the personnel acted snorted at any of their dealings with me or my roommates Worst of all, however, (one hundred times worse, in fact) is that they took money out of our security deposit for something that they did NOT do I know for a fact they did not do it, because I hired my landscaper of a fiancée to do it for me I contacted them about this "mix-up" immediately, but I've yet to hear a response after three straight weeks of forwarding the same two emails They also took money out of our security deposit for pet clean up, even though my roommate and I paid a separate deposit for our pets They had no response to that, either I've stopped in to talk to them three times, one time they were "too busy, had been on the phone all day," and the second time I stopped in, they acted snotty to me, even though I had apologized to them for just "being the messenger." Apparently I was supposed to know that the person I was talking to does not manage the security deposits They assured me the broker would call me back, and it's now been business days, and I've yet to hear anything

Bad experience they breached contact not organised not welling to talk about complaints pay for house to be clean n was dirty food left on side of appliance very bad .Sherri is not willing to talk to renter face to face late on walk thru after rental did not want to do walk thru before we rented not a honest realator .
