I rented 2 sets of beach chairs with umbrellas from this service. I do not recommend this service. First if they see the slightest cloud they close your umbrella on top of you. Secondly, Eli has the worst customer service I have ever had at any beach chair service. He is argumentative, does not understand any customer service. I asked for him to come and move my umbrella closer and he told me he had to go down the line and move all the chairs back before he would walk five steps to help me. I asked for him to please move my umbrella and do not make a scene. He argued with me for five minutes and he could have moved my umbrella in a few seconds. I told him he needed to move my umbrella or he could refund my money for the rest of the days I paid for. He said with a smart attitude "all sales are final did you not read your receipt. I have never been treated so disrespectful and rude in my life. I am filing a complaint with Sterling Sands resort also. Eli needs to go.
