Gothic Medium', sans-serif; color: #2672ec;">i spoke to the customer on the phone and I gave him a estimet for replace of the cyl.whan I arived there the lock was a deadbolt which the  way to Chang the lock or to re-key.

Review: Requested that cylinder on my deadbolt was to be replaced , this was agreed to over the phone , instead entire lock was change resulting in a higher bill issued. Just to be noted , had ask a friend to be present for me when work was done as I had to be at work at the time. My friend was unfamiliar with what was discuss and have no knowledge of locks.Desired Settlement: To have what was original requested implemented and a partial refund for the work tha was not requested as to the fact I dont need a brand new lock only the cylinder replaced
