Review: we entered the restaurant with a guide dog in harness and were immediately told "no dog" by the man at the entrance. we explained that he was a guide dog and that he is legally allowed in the restaurant. again we were told "no dog", I was searching my wallet for the documentation when my wife told them that there was a fine for not allowing the guide dog in the restaurant. the owner came out and told us the dog was not allowed. they refused to look at the ada documentation that explained why a guide dog WAS allowed in their restaurant, and refused to serve us, and asked us to leave.Desired Settlement: We were trying to educate them on the laws in the state of California and they rudely threw us out. I think they need to be fined to the fullest extent of the law (Americans with Disabilities Act). the owner should know the Americans with Disabilities laws as to where they would effect his business, and share this information with his employees.
