I would not hire them for service. I used them the 2016 season and my experience was less then stellar. Started opening May 5 2016. Had to call them end of May to see when they would finish taking cover off pool and complete job. They had cleaned the filter over the winter. Took 2 call backs to stop the leak from coming thru the top. Then the pressure gauge leaked all summer and didn't work despite countless visits by Dominic and many phone calls/emails to Nancy. Granted they were no charge but they never solved the problem and I had to replace flooring. Another company took the filter last week and called to say if Sun Splash had actually looked at it they would have seen they never sealed it right. The prices seem reasonable but in the long run I paid double with wasting water and replacing floor. Not worth it
I am an extremely particular customer and I could not be more delighted with the job done by Sun Splash. While there were times that I doubted that the pool would be done on time and there were a lot of twists and changes between the beginning and end, it WAS completed on time and, quite frankly, is even more lovely than what we had originally anticipated. Bill and Nancy are a great team and provide a quality product. They are easy and professional to deal with. I cannot recommend them more highly.
