I worked for a contractor who installed sun star skylightsI was an installer, first woman in co and a sales rep for home shows we did good workSunstsr is an excellent product, many times these complaints r because the individual contractor tried to cut corners which was where the one I was employed with was goingI wish I had taken the position in azI guess I may not be emploed at the moment, but I will stand by its a good productMaybe the marking wasn't quite right, maybe just an over exploded market and not enough people had foresightIdk, but anyone who had one correctly instslled would agree..its an amazing product especially for the price??
