I'm bringing up to Sunstate ford in Orlando, West Colonial Dr, Ford motor company and the Revdex.com, attention about a horrible experience I had with a sales representative at sunstatefordI own a Ford fxlt and a super Duty xlt, I've been always passionate about Ford trucks, I've owned many and always dealt with Ford I'm proud to be a Ford Credit customer as well I am a business owner, doing flooring in central Florida and I came in to Sunstate ford in Orlando yesterday willing to upgrade both my vehicles I'm completely in love with the aluminum body super Duty My fdoes great and I couldn't wait to get my hands in the new super Duty, luckily they had a few in Stock When I arrived I was greated by sales rep Abdul, young fella that outright showed me that the was 10k cheaper and had many incentives I understand that the old stock needs to go and he's trying to do his job But that was not my intention So he showed me the models, never drove a single car on my visit, was never offered, didn't even get to take a look inside, never took a key so I could take a peak Sunstateford has on its website and I quote "Welcome to Sun State Ford!
Our main goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied so you can refer us to your family & friendsOur salespeople are not paid on how much they would profit from youThey are here to provide you with all the appropriate information for you to make the right decisionF.R.A.N.K- Friendly, Reliable, Accessible, Never-overbearing, and KnowledgeableNOBODY BEATS SUN STATELet us show you an experience we can both be proud of." everything he did was the complete opposite, my wife was not present at the moment, she owns a restaurant business*** and I told him she could come and meet us at pm, I walked in the store around noon, so I sent my wife a few pictures, from different vehicles, he poorly showed me a few options and was very inpatient when I told him she could come by after He said I could make the decision and she would love the car Unfortunately for him that's not how I do things I understand sales people being pushy and its OK I'm have my own business and we all need to make money but I'm extremely respectful and I treat people and my customers the best I canI always try to turn a bad situation into a good one So I walked out of the store frustrated because he wanted to give me very little money for both my trucks but I promised him I would come back after to discuss the deal and show my wife a few other options I told Abdul I've been to a Dodge dealer before and they cut a pretty good deal on both trucks I wanted Both brand new fand f He said Ford trucks were better and still the amount he offered for my trucks were very poor OK It's 5pm, I walk in with my wife and my two kids, he rushes to show her a truck and she doesn't like It was an used Dodge I respectfully tell him I was going to stay there ate the dealer with the kids and would like to talk about my super Duty, he ran inside and grabbed an application, meanwhile I'm talking to my wife cause she had to attend to an appointment and she said we should think about the Dodge dealer that offered way more for our trucks
So I tell him I would get back with him some other time and he started to ask me what was going on, what did my wife said that changed my mind And I said it was between us and repeated myself I would get back with him He turned his back and walked without saying a word
He then texted me hour later saying he would be there tomorrow and was done for the day if I changed my mind I have a print screen from our conversation and would love to copy to this email but I don't know if it will attach the files But I'm quoting all the conversation and adding his phone number as well Here it is :
