Sun steam is the BEST carpet cleaning team ever! I have had many carpet cleaning company's and nothing campsites to sun steam! Their prices are good, Carol in the office is professional and gets back to you if you leave a message ! I would HIGHLY recommend them! They were at my house today and it is perfect .

Completely left me in the lurch, and tried to take advantage of me and my time requirement! We moved into a new home, and wanted to have the tile and grout cleaned in the living/dining room area. Decided to have this professionally done, so I would have time to paint. Quote received on the phone was 30 cents/sq foot. Minimum of $125. I told them I had measured the largest part of the room area to be 20 feet, by 25 feet. so, my expectation was to pay around $150. The owner and his worker arrived, and measured with a laser. He told me the measurement was 496 square feet and the price would be $220, and he said that they charge 30 cents per sq ft, and mentioned how that is less than the competition. I said I only wanted to pay $160, and requested a smaller area be cleaned. He was trying to include a small bathroom, as well as a small area where we are building a wall, and making a closet, so that floor was not a requirement for me to have professionally cleaned. The owner was very rude. He refused to do only the dining/living room without the additional space as they are connected. Even though their advertised min is $125 and I wanted to do an area for $160. He offered to drop to $200. He wanted to talk to my husband on the phone so he could explain to him how powerful his equipment was - because apparently to him, a woman couldn't understand!!! I didn't agree to 200, and the owner left in a HUFF. No hand shake here. No good-bye. He yelled to me as he stormed out "call me if you change your mind." I cleaned the floor myself, Had to sacrifice my time to paint before moving in furniture, and called their office and complained. She said that since he's the owner, there was nothing she could do. When I commented that I would let the Revdex.com know of this experience, she then decided to change her mind about not being able to do anything, and offered the area to be cleaned for $180, and she would have him come right back so that we could still meet out time requirement to have it cleaned prior to our furniture being moved in. Reluctantly I agreed. And they did NOT come. They have NOT called. And as my husband pointed out later, even at 180, that is over the quoted price of 30 cents per square foot. At 496, which is HIS measurement, the total should have been $148.80.

Word to the wise; STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY for ANY BUSINESS!!!! I sure am glad I didn't OVER pay them!!!! And they absolutely do not merit a high grade with the Revdex.com!

Sun steam cleaned five rooms of carpet for us. They were on time, professional, moved all furniture that needed moving and returned it to it's proper place and the carpets look beautiful.,I would recommend them for your carpet needs.
