On November 10th, I made a visit to Electronic Express ***First off let me say that this company has no customer service skills at allUpon entering your store I walked around at least 15-minutes without a salesman so much as acknowledging I was there in your storeHowever, I knew why I was there and what I was in need of, so I waited patiently for the young lady @ *** *** to complete her task with another customerOne the young lady from *** *** was done, I spoke with her regarding a washer and dryer, as I had about a week agoAfter *** *** completed the necessary paperwork, she advised I would need to see a salesman regarding the washer and dryer She asked me t walk with her to the front of the store to seek assistance for the salesman located in the front of the storeThe young lady from *** *** advised the salesman of my needs, extended my paperwork, to one of your salesman by the name of Corey, she advised Corey of my interest and extended my paperwork as well as the request to help me furtherNeedless to say, that your salesman Corey never touched my paperwork, matter of fact he stood there and looked at me like I was an alien or somethingCorey then stated that he was just returning from the warehouseAfter standing there waiting for one of your salesman to assist me, I finally spoke up and said, I don't need his assistance, I was here last week and I can tell you what I want and needTo which Corey your salesman, spoke up and responded, "cool" and walked awayIf the young lady for *** ***, wasn't as pleasant and helpful as she was, my business would've gone out the doorAs a matter of fact I'm still NOT sure that I need to keep the order that was placed, only problem I don't want to punish *** *** for the rudeness of Electronic ExpressDo I need to point out this is "UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR"If you do not wish to interact with AFRICAN AMERICANS maybe you should state that and I will never enter your store, I will gladly take my business elsewhereI have made numerous attempts to contact your corporate office at XXX-XXX-XXXX to no avail, and from reading your complaints this is nothing newI am trying to resolve this matter in friendly way, but I do not have a problem with posting this issue on your Facebook page and other social media outletsIn case you didn't know *** Mall is an area where the majority of shoppers are AFRICAN AMERICANS!! If you don't want to interact with, or sale to African Americans maybe you should relocate your store!

We have ordered our appliances from Electronic Express for several years but have never encountered an incident like we did at the Hermitage store Whenever we would go to talk to the manager they would be fine, however, they always had an excuse After reading some of the complaints people have sent, we now know why This is not a reliable or honest company I ordered a Frigidaire & stove and when they delivered, the fridge had a piece out of the handle We asked for a new handle and they said sure (thus was 2/.2016) We called and went to the store several times to no avail Then we noticed the stove had a line going down the center of the glass front We didn't notice this until later and didn't call as we couldn't get anyplace with the fridge, however, this shows poor workmanship if something could get between the glass I can't believe this company has any kind of a rating Can't wait to get kitchen redone so we can order new appliances from a reliable dealer NOT SATISFIED!!
To top it off, bottom of door from living room was scraped & had to be repainted

Beware!!! Electronic Express does not stand behind their products. I made a fairly large purchase at the Rivergate area store from an incompetant store manager named [redacted], bought the protection plan (Which I was not given any information about except that if anything happened to it they would replace it.) Not aware it was a different company that would not pick up the coverage until day 31 after purchase. Wasn't even given a number to call until the product malfunctioned and I returned what was left of it to the store where I purchased it 8 days later. That's when [redacted] decided to give me a [redacted] pamplet that I should have gotten with explanation when I made the purchase. The rep I talked to from [redacted] explained to me that Electronic Express was responsible for the first 30 days and if anything happened during that time period [redacted] would not cover it. After finding this out I took the product back to E.E. where I came back in contact with the poor excuse for a manager "[redacted]" who told me there was nothing they could do about it. How have they stayed in business treating customers like this. I have decided to turn the other cheek and do a little free advertising for Electronic Express. Feel free to share this with your numerous friends and family.

1) I would advise anyone wishing to purchase an appliance with computer chips/boards not to purchase from any company that doesn't service their own products, especially when purchasing an extended warranty. We purchased a [redacted] washer/dryer from Electronic Express in July 2014. On October 19, 2015 the washer quit spinning in the final rinse. The extended warranty was through [redacted], and since 10/19/2015 until today 01/07/2016 we've had use of the washer for 18 days. My advice: 2) Do not buy [redacted] appliances (I've also been a advised by two others, one sales, one technician to do the same), and 3) Do not purchase extended warranties through [redacted].

I recently got several proposals to build a large wrap-around deck. Sun-tastic Deck's bid was considerably lower than those of the other contractors that I has confidence in. They navigated successfully through some county code issues, consistently showed up with a crew of four men, and finished in four weeks after estimating six for completion.
