We had an awful experience with *** *** *** Office) on 02/15/ My wife and don't get home from work until about 5:00PM during the week This makes it difficult to see an agent before the office closes We were able to book our family trip last year (about persons) through sun travel We wanted to do the same this year My wife called Sun Travel at 5:26PM and asked them if someone would be able to help us if we rushed over there and they told us they would We arrived to the Hawkins office at 5:and the two agents just about rolled their eyes when we walked in The agents told us that it was too late to help us My wife then said "ok, we will book this year's trip somewhere else The women responded by saying ok, thank you The least they could have done was obtain our an email address and send us the information we were looking for, but they didn't even do that We were pretty much run out of their office The excuse we later received was that the women were in a hurry to leave because they had to make it to a retirement dinner
