Do you have any other stores/companies has the authority to sell your products? If yes, why it is not trusted and why you think you don't have responsibilities to it? If no, again, where do they get the TV box and sell it because the TV Box is from your company and now it is out of control and you said you don't have responsibilities to it?P.OBox could be changed and again I have no idea why it is disappearedThe same as No.4, address could be changed in time.Firstly, thanks for the contact from the companyHowever, the question has not be solvedSince the box is the product from your company, I think you have the control to itThe company let me contact the seller department, which is extremely irresponsibleImagine that others are selling products from your company, and now the problems are appearing, so do you think you have no responsibility at all? I am rejecting this response because:1. It has to be cleared that the SUN TV box is from the company. I have no idea what is the name of your company, but the company could change the name anytime.2. Imagine that others are selling products from your company, and now the problems are appearing, so do you think you have no responsibility at all? Further measures would be taken if necessary but I still do wish the company could investigate it completely to control it.
