This pool is very strick about the "rules" which are not clearly posted for all to understand clearly what is allowed and not allowed. My Husband and I took our two children to this pool. Stayed in the shallow end at 3.5 feet. My daughter used the slide which had to posting on height requiments clearly visible or swim skills posted. My son was not allowed to kick or splash without a life guard telling him to stop "horse play." My daughter was not allowed to go under water with out being "rescued" by a life guard in 3.5 feet of water. My family was singles out for having children in the big pool. The life guards only stopped violent play from older boys who were hitting each other, jumping, wrestling with no regard for others,when I said something. This happened more then once with my son being hit twice by the group. At one point I had to pull my son away from the group that was over taking the entrance to the pool. Talking to the person in charge was of no help, instead of listing to the problem she would talk over me speaking to myself and my husband as if we were stupid and unfit parents. Talking to another manager proved to be of no help with the matter not being resolved or any of my concerns addressed.Desired SettlementI would like a refund. No where in this establishment does it clearly state all of the rules that were imposed on me and my family. If there would of been a clear and visible definition of said safety rules. Instead of "what ever the lifeguard deems safe" they had different standards of safety for different parties in the pool. If we were made fully aware of what this pool allowed and did not allow we would of made a different choice. Going to an establishment that allowed a child to play. Final Consumer Response
