My car was wrongfully towed from the residence requested by the association manager, *** costing me over hundred dollars.
On April 24th 2020, my car was requested to be towed by the association manager, *** I'v lived here at this residence for almost 5 years and I know the parking rules. Residents are not allowed to park in a reserved numbered parking spot that is not assigned to you. On this very day I parked in a no reserved numbered parking spot and *** wrongfully requested my car to be towed from the parking space costing me over a hundred dollars. I have taken pictures of the parking spot showing no parking reserved number in painted in black. The parking spot was painted in full white which is not the appropriate parking format. I have reached out to *** and she only replied to contact the tow company. I tried asking her other questions regarding this matter and *** failed to reply to my concerns. She did not comply by the association rules especially during this time of co-vid 19 putting me a expensive situation in which I was not at fault.
I am seeking a full refund for the expenses caused by *** wrongful actions.

I do not accept this responsibility due to, *** is the property manager for the sun vista property And was the authorizing person to request my car to be towed from the property as to which I did not wrongfully park my car, costing me these unnecessary and wrongful costs. And she still refuses to forward this complaint to the owner of sun vista gardens. I have attached the receipt and on my receipt it does states authorized by *** I want my refund for her wrongful discriminating actions.
Dear Sir/madam: the parking spaces at sun vista gardens are marked with assigned space numbers. Visitor spaces are yellow. And,then there are those that are marked RESERVED.
There has been some vandalism of some.
We repair them as they are Identified. I have no way of knowing what Ms. knew about this particular space but I do know it was clearly among those sequentially marked and clearly among those vandalized. It has since been corrected. Twice.
The Association is not responsible for her parking in a space that was clearly not hers to park in. It will not assume responsibility for the tow. It was valid.
