[redacted] only applied for a property with our company; we tentatively approved his application pending verification/recommendation from his then current landlord.We required him to move in no later than March 15, He assured us, that would be possible because he had already given notice to vacate his current rentalIn fact he wanted to move in on March 1, as proof of his rental application which we have enclosed.When he filled out his applications he left his landlords name blank along with her phone number He also stated he did not want us to contact his current landlord and his previous landlord but to base everything on his credit.We were able to locate his then current landlord and found out he was not able to move on March 1, 2017, as stated in rental application and that his lease was not up until May 15, 2017, His then current landlord also said she would not recommend him and would not rent to him again.Now we know why he did not want us to contact her With the miss- information on his rental application, our owner refunded his full holding deposit of $1,200.00.He was charged a credit check fee which clearly stated it was non-refundable and given the wrong information about his lease and the negative reference, his application was terminated and the credit fee was non-refundable.If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.Thank you,Jim
The response given by sun-west is entirely and misleadingMy application was acceptedNo conditions were set for my application being acceptedSignificant sums of money were obtained by the company,The company stopped responding entirely after money was givenUntil I threatened to involve law enforcement days and days later of courseWhen the money was finally returned the specific reason given was "the owners backed out"zero mention was made regarding any of the points mentioned in the response at the time the money was returnedI asked many times for an explanationThese are not limited to- any kind of bad rental history, contact with my landlord, date of moveectThe other applicant, my significant other was also involved and signed a separate leaseNo explanation was givnen to her or an official letter of denial to either of usThese actions by sun-west represent the antiphrasis to everything the Revdex.com stands forGeneral respect for the client and proper business practices were avoided and the cost was a significant impact on my lifePlease assist me in dealing with this company as I do not want others to experience the same thing we have.- [redacted]
