Yes [redacted] lived at Sunset House for two yearsEverything that she requested we took care of for herYes the blinds were not right awayWhen she said that they were broken, they were notThey had a small area at the bottom of the blind that you could see thru if you were outside of her window, up close, So we did change out the blind When a tenant moves out of an apartment they are to have the carpets professionally cleanedIt is in the lease agreement and they agree to do so when they sign the agreementThey are to leave it clean as wellSome of the things we found wrong was that there were items left in the kitchen cabinets and in the drawers in the bathroomsWhen this happens the tenant could not have wiped them outSo in order to have it clean for the next tenant we have to wipe them outAlso the cook stove had splatters all over it on the glass door, and the burners were not cleanThe blind in the kitchen that is over the sink had lots of splatters on it as wellThere were foods in the refrigerator that were not wiped out as well In order for a cleaning person to go in and address these issues they must go over everything to make sure that surfaces are clean and it is ready for the next person She is responsible for the cleanlinessI will send her a check for $back for the vacuuming and moping the floorsThese two items were not the most time consuming items The check will go out in todays mail When talking to [redacted] I tried to explain to her that we had to do these cleaning items, but she would not give me a chance to talk to herShe carried the conversation the whole time not letting me say anythingAfter a lengthy time on the phone I knew that I was not able to say anything, so when I did have a chance to say something, I could only tell her that she can do whatever she needed to do and say I am hanging up As I told her, I did take pictures and have them on file for this very reason

We are refunding to you $53.44 ($28.44 in parts & $25.00 in labor) from the damage repair receipt and half of the cleaning bill in the amount of $64.19 for a total of $117.63. A check is being sent to the forwarding address that you gave to us. Check dated June 4, 2015.
