I've owned my house since 2003, and contacted Sun Wolfe Irrigation three times over the past decade. The first time was an irrigation system maintenance overhaul of valves, sprinkler heads, broken PVC pipes, and irrigation control system. The second two times were due to different leaks in the piping (18 year old system), about 5 years apart.
The owner, [redacted], was not only competent and helpful, he educated me on how to use the system, what to look for, and even how to repair some of the things myself in the future.
Being a smaller business, the prices are competitive and fair.
I would recommend using them if you have irrigation needs at your home.
