Sunbelt Automotive Reviews (2)

Review: My husband and I purchased a 2009 Yukon Denali from Sunbelt Automotive on July 20 2015. We did purchase the extended warranty of 3 years 36,000 miles. The day after I purchased the car I noticed that both doors on the passenger side wouldn't unlock when the button was mashed to do so. So I went back by the dealership to have them look at it and address the problem. They came to the conclusion that the mechanical part on both doors needed to be replaced. When we purchased the car we had a 30 day 1000 mile warranty thru Sunbelt. They told us they would order the part and callus to schedule a time and date to fix the issue. So after 2 weeks of not hearing from them I called and ask had the parts arrived. They said no and would check on it and call me back. So after another week I still hadn't heard anything so my husband Rodney called. They told him the parts were on back order and when they cam in they would call. He suggested they order the arts some where else. They service manager agreed and said that he would see what he could do. Needless to say they called two days later and said the part should be in within a few days. Once the parts finally came in they called to set up a time and date to fix the issue. So at this time the service manager informed us that we would owe our 100.00 deductible. He ask why being we brought it back to be fixed before my 30 days was up through the dealership. He informed us that regardless we were to pay the 100.00. The date and time was set for today Sept 22 2015 at 9am for me to drop off my car to have the issue fixed. When I arrived today around 8:45am they informed me that my apt was tomorrow Wed Sept 23. Which it was NOT. After I argued the fact about the date of the apt the agreed to fix it on Tues Sept 22 but it wouldn't be ready till Wed. I agreed to leave it and let them fix it but they refused to give me something to drive till it was fixed. They said I would have come back after business hours because Wed was the only day they could give me a loanerDesired Settlement: I don't think I am responsible for the deductible of 100.00 because it wasn't my fault they didn't get the part in for my car. I brought it back the day after I bought the car and my 30 warranty through the dealership was not expired. Please contact me on this matter. I feel I have gotten the run around so to speak from this place since day one.

Review: Went in with the dealer knowing that we wanted to do a trade..was never told that we couldn't do a trade...went on with a deal with the trade still being implied to the deal...signed papers..then when we questioned about why were we not seeing anything about the trade...then at this point we were told the trade was never an option...dealer would not do anything to make it right with us...also we paid a $500 down payment which was split still to owe another $500 in two weeks...said we couldn't be refunded for that either.Desired Settlement: We feel that the trade should be made...or void out the contract and refund us the $500.
