My experience with Sunbelt was excellent from the moment I got the call from A.Jto schedule the appointment to the time Dave came and completed the jobIn today's world it is so hard to find good customer service let alone great along with an excellent work productThe technician, Dave, was very patient, knowledgeable and respectful of my homeI wish all companies were like Sunbelt!!

The Sunbelt tech was in our home for literally minutes and I have the alarm company log to prove itThe call was for garage door lights, laundry room lights and kids' ceiling fanWhen I opened the door to greet him, he told me the light bulbs I was using for the garage were wrongHe took seconds to look at the laundry room lights then told me that those are not covered in my warranty then proceeded to the kids' room to look at the ceiling fanHe took pictures then he said he's got another house in the area to go toAnd, this is what I'm being charged $for? Nothing!

We just had Phillip B*** with Sunbelt Electric out to our home today and would like to give him stars! He was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable in his fieldHe took time to evaluate the issue, explain the problem, and solved the electrical issue on the spotWe are very appreciative of his hard work and would highly recommend him and he company to others!

I contacted my home warranty company due to a couple of ceiling fans not workingThey sent Sunbelt Electric to take a look at them to check for a possible electrical issue Sam contacted me approximately minutes prior to his arrival and well within the schedule window that I was given He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient in taking care of my problem I've worked in customer service for many years and Sam delivered top quality customer service I would highly recommend him and Sunbelt Electric

I have a breaker that trips when I use my portable AC unit in my home officeCalled my home warranty and Sunbelt came out to check it outSunbelt Electric had done service for my home at some point in the past because there was a sticker on my breaker box from themJim came out and said the best solution was to put my office on its own two circuits and he recommended two solutions: 1) to run wires through my attic and down to the outside of my office2) to run the circuit around my home under the eaves and drop directly in my officeI asked how much these two options would costJim said, "they will let you know once they write it up." Fair enoughPaid him the $service feeI asked Jim if his company does the service, would my $service fee go toward repairsHe snickered and said ,"No, that is for me coming out." Two days later, I still have not heard anything from them so I call today, Friday, and spoke with A.Jand she said there was not a quote at all in her system for me and it would be Monday before someone would contact meA tad disappointed but fair enough and we hung up the phoneA.Jcalls me back a few minutes later saying there was a hard copy of the order in my file and the estimate is $1,I couldn't speak for a second and then began laughingI will sweat in the Phoenix heat and save $1,Long gone are the days where companies would FAIRLY quote, get the business, have satisfied customers, repeat customers and end up getting referrals Now companies get bad reviews and it's all over the InternetGreed never pays

Sunbelt came to our home through [redacted]. THEY WERE GREAT.. they office staff was friendly, the service man was knowledgeable and the problem was fixed! Very happy to have them out. Would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service and the electrician was totally awesome and friendly. His name is [redacted]. His service was superior and he went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Sunbelt Electric!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This company was very easy to work with. I was able to schedule a technician and have them come to my home the next morning at 8:30am. [redacted] was the technician and he was highly professional, courteous, and explained what he could and could not do as a result of my home warranty claim. I will be using this company from now on, and am waiting for written quotes so I can bring them back to install some light fixture/fans for me. Excellent company and technician.

Review: Electrician came to troubleshoot ceiling fan/light in dining room, pulled the chain and determined it was a remote receiver issue. That is all he did, no testing for voltage, no testing circuit breaker, not even testing the wall switch, just pulled the chain. This was a home warranty claim and he reported to them that it was a remote receiver issue without any evidence. He just left and refused to do anymore or even talk to me. He could have at least disabled the receiver to verify it (and leave me with a light)Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund my warranty company. I would also like them to follow up with the electrician on how he can better do troubleshooting, and how to be professional with customers.

Had a very good experience with Sunbelt Electric, prompt, sincere, honest service. I would recommend Sunbelt to my friends without hesitation.

I had an amazing experience, yes I said amazing, with Sunbelt Electric. Resulting from the recent storms in Phoenix, a portion of my house lost power due to a short in one of the circuits. [redacted] from Sunbelt came out to my home, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. He also stayed an extra 15-20 minutes to answer a variety of other questions I had. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was professional in his approach - it was clear he and his company operate with a strong sense of integrity and service - great company!

I just wanted to share that I had a great experience with Sunbelt Electric. I have a home warranty and spoke to Frank on a Friday and he said that he would be in my area later that afternoon. He fixed the problem easily that day and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. This was a GREAT experience!

My home warranty said I needed an electrician to fix the wiring out to my air conditioning. Sunbelt Electric was timely with setting up the appointment. They called 30 minutes before they were suppose to arrive but, didn't arrive until 2 1/2 hours later and told me they couldn't fix the wiring. I also had them look at an electrical box that an air conditioning specialist said should be fastened to the ceiling. The technician proceeded to remove the metal fastening the box back, said that it couldn't be fastened to the ceiling, then mentioned he could belt it back (exactly what the previous metal was doing). I mentioned it's not needed and that was what the metal was used for. He insisted in belting it back. Then I was charged the $75 visit fee for no fix other than fastening an electrical box (that didn't need to be) back to where it was previously fastened. I felt a little doped into paying for a service that wasn't used.

I have employed Sunbelt Electric at least 6 times at my residence and rental properties. I fully recommend them. They are prompt, courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. You will not go wrong utilizing Sunbelt.

It's taken me 3 weeks to settle down enough to write a review that doesn't have curse words in it. I see many negative reviews about a Frank, but mine is about Jim. I wonder if he changed his work name. This man was EXTREMELY rude and still lived in the 60's... We have 2 light/fan fixtures that needed repair and went through our warranty service. The one in my husband's office was not turning on by wall switch or by remote. Jim said the remote and receivers aren't covered, so he just cut out the receiver out completely and the wall switch then worked. My husband was ok with that since he rarely used the remote. Then came my office. The fixture responded to both the wall switch, and to the remote, but the remote only worked for the fan, it had stopped working for the light. I asked if he could look at it and get the remote to work for the light again, and if not, leave it alone. Actually, I jumped ahead here. First, he would only talk to my husband, and when I spoke, he ignored me completely, or interrupted me, or answered my questions to my husband. Ok, so back to my fixture. Instead of telling me what the issue was or asking how I'd prefer to handle it after he looked at it, he just took it upon himself to cut out the receiver, making the remote totally useless (it was working for the fan before). I expressed my dissatisfaction politely and asked him to replace it, but he argued. I told him that by removing the receiver, he made the situation worse, because at least I could use the remote before for the fan. He yelled, I did not make it worse! I made it better! I couldn't believe it. I asked how it was better, and he said I could use the pull chains (which I could already have used, but they're too high). When I told him the strings were too high and I preferred the way it was with the remote, he actually talked over me and told me to get longer chains. I told him that I wanted it back the way it was, that I did not want the receiver removed, and his response was "WHERE'S THE MAN?!" He exited the room to get my husband, and eventually we got him to put it back the way it was. So we paid for him to rip out one receiver, rip out another receiver (unauthorized) and put it back in with a hugely rude, bad, outdated, chauvinistic attitude. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, OR AT LEAST STAY AWAY FROM "JIM".

I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in need of having electrical work done. My home warrenty company set up a work order for me to have my hot water heater fixed by Sunbelt Electric. That same day the work order was created, at 6pm (which was a Friday), a representative from the company called to schedule a appointment. The service technician showed up on time, he was SUPER friendly and took the time to explain what had happened and answer my copious amounts of questions. Working with Sunbelt was a really positive and stress-free experience. I will for sure use them in the future when I need electrical work done. Thank you for being so great, Sunbelt Electric!!

What a pleasure to find a company with fast, efficient, intelligent service personnel who also are pleasant to have in one's home. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat to everyone.
