The Sunbelt tech was in our home for literally minutes and I have the alarm company log to prove itThe call was for garage door lights, laundry room lights and kids' ceiling fanWhen I opened the door to greet him, he told me the light bulbs I was using for the garage were wrongHe took seconds to look at the laundry room lights then told me that those are not covered in my warranty then proceeded to the kids' room to look at the ceiling fanHe took pictures then he said he's got another house in the area to go toAnd, this is what I'm being charged $for? Nothing!

He was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable in his fieldHe took time to evaluate the issue, explain the problem, and solved the electrical issue on the spotWe are very appreciative of his hard work and would highly recommend him and he company to others!
My experience with Sunbelt was excellent from the moment I got the call from A.Jto schedule the appointment to the time Dave came and completed the jobIn today's world it is so hard to find good customer service let alone great along with an excellent work productThe technician, Dave, was very patient, knowledgeable and respectful of my homeI wish all companies were like Sunbelt!!
