MR WARD WAS TOLD THE REASON I DIDN'T CALL HIM UNTL I DID WAS DUE TO ME BEING ILLI COULD NOT TALK TO ANYONE WITHOUT GOING INTO A COUGHING FITTHE PRICE TO PUT THE TWO PANELS ON THE BUILDING WILL BE $PLUS TAXI AM SORRY THE INSTALLERS WERE LATE I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE SUBCONTRACTORS I DO NOT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO IN THIS MATTER TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMERWE HAVE TRIED BUT DON'T BELIEVE THEY WILL EVER BE SATISFIEDME AND MY SALES TEAM HAVE SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH THE CUSTOMER AND THEY ARE STILL NOT HAPPY ROXANE BRYANT MANAGER

RECEIVED ORDER ON 9/23/ON 9/25/LEFT MESSAGE FOR CUSTOMER TRYING TO SET UP INSTALLON 10/7/TALKED WITH CUSTOMER STATED COULD ONLY HAVE BUILDING ON 11/14/TALKED WITH CUSTOMER AGAIN ON 11/CUSTOMER SAID HE WAS HAVING TO WORK LATE AND HE WAS GOING TO HAVE CONCRETE POUREDCUSTOMER
INFORMED CONCRETE HAD TO CURE BEFORE BUILDING COULD BE INSTALLEDNEW INSTALL DATE SET FOR 12/6/OR SOONER, IF IT HAD TO BE THRU THE WEEK IT WOULD BE INSTALLED AFTER 4:TO ACCOMMODATE HIS WORK SCHEDULEBUILDING WAS INSTALLED ON 12/03/14. WE CALLED CUSTOMER ON 12/AROUND 4:30PM AND EXPLAINED INSTALLER WAS RUNNING BEHIND AND WOULD BE LATE GETTING TO CUSTOMER, CUSTOMER ALSO RUNNING LATE WOULDN'T BE HOME UNTIL OR 5:PMAT 8:10PM CUSTOMER TOLD INSTALLER TO COME ON AND INSTALL BUILDINGCUSTOMER EVEN GAVE THE INSTALLER A TIP AFTER THE BUILDING WAS COMPLETEDSUNBELT METAL WORKS NEVER PROMISED A SATURDAY INSTALL, THAT WAS THE DEALER THAT DONE THAT WITHOUT CHECKING WITH US FIRSTCUSTOMER HAS BEEN SPOKEN TO BY CARPORT STAFF AND LISTENED TO HIS COMPLAINTS AND APOLOGIZED FOR HIS UNHAPPINESSI SPOKE WITH MR*** TODAY AND APOLOGIZED AGAINLISTENED TO CUSTOMER CONCERNS ABOUT BUILDING BEING INSTALLED LATE AT NIGHTCUSTOMER SEEMS OK NOW THAT HE WAS ABLE TO AIR HIS CONCERNSHAS ASKED FOR A QUOTE FOR SOME EXTRA SHEETS TO GO ON HIS BUILDING

CUSTOMER WAS CALLED ON THE 6TH OF JULY TO CONFIRM ORDER AND THEN AGAIN ON THE 14TH OR 15TH FOR SCHEDULEWAS SCHEDULED FOR THE MORNING CUSTOMER COULD NOT BE HOME UNTIL AFTERNOON SO INSTALLER MOVED APPTTIME TO AFTERNOONCUSTOMER CALLED THE INSTALLER AROUND LUNCH SAID HE WAS HOME AND WANTED HIM TO
COME THEN AND INSTALL HIS BUILDING, INSTALLER TOLD HIM HE WAS AT ANOTHER CUSTOMERS HOUSE AND AS SOON AS HE GOT FINISHED WITH THEIR BUILDING HE WOULD COMECUSTOMER GOT UPSET AND CANCEALED THE BUILDINGTRIED TO EXPLAIN TO THE CUSTOMER INSTALLER HAD TO MOVE ON TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER WHEN HE WAS UNABLE TO RECEIVE HIS BUILDING THAT MORNING, EVERY CUSTOMER DESERVES THE SAME RESPECT AND HE HAD TO FINISH THE BUILDING HE WAS ON BEFORE HE COULD COME TO HIS HOUSECUSTOMER STILL DID NOT UNDERSTAND AND REFUSED TO CHANGE HIS MIND ABOUT CANCEALATION OF BUILDING

I would like to respond to Sunbelt as most all of their response was inaccurate. No message was received by the company on 9/25. The first time the company reached out to us was on 10/7/14.  Since they could not do a Saturday install as promised us this was set up for 11/14. Sunbelt called us on 11/12 and stated that one of their install trucks was in an accident and they were down to one truck. They could not do the install on 11/14. Since they could not do the install and my husband could not go to work as he was scheduled off he did have concrete poured.
My husband was not running late the day of the install. He spoke to [redacted] at 3:30 and told him he would be home by 3:45-4:00. No one told him they were running late. The installers called at 4:51 and said they were running late and would be there in an hour. They finally called at 7:59. My husband was there on time. The installers were 4 1/2 hours late. When my husband asked them if they had lights to work by they said yes. They had only head lamps. We provided as much lighting as possible for them.  We did tip the installers because we felt bad they were there so late (12:30 am). They also got their truck stuck and I had to pull them out.
It took many phone calls to the company to try to find some resolution to this matter. The "owner" of the company would not return our calls until we contacted the Revdex.com. We finally got $65 knocked off of the bill. We were upset due to the unprofessional attitude of Sunbelt, the careless attitude and all the time my husband had to take off work. We also inquired about additional panels for the building because of how shaky the building is. We hope the extra panels will help shore it up. We also have  not heard back from the company on how much these panels will cost.

We did seed the building out the week of july 28th for install. Customer was not ready for the carport at that time. customer was told they could not get their deposit back. it is on the contract that they signed that there is no refund on deposits and due to the building already sent out. we have...

not been back in the area of the customer since this attempt was made for install. we do plan on going to that area in the next 2-3 weeks. At that time we will try to reschedule for install.
