I have two loans with Sunbit, one with only 1 more payment due this month. Never late on either payments. I was invited to have a credit card. It took almost a year to get the actual credit card after multiple calls and requests they kept saying it is on its way. Then I finally explained to them that they invited me to use a card I can never seem to get, so they finally FedEx my credit card to me and then when I used it 3 times in less than 3 days to a total of less than $300 they closed my credit card without warning while I was traveling. The customer service is horrible, and they have no knowledge of why my card was closed or why and say I simply have to wait to see if I am invited again to have a new card. Meanwhile, my credit suffers because the available balance on the credit card increased available credit on my credit score, which now that the card is closed shows as an unpaid balance, which is not the first payment is not even due yet in my credit card cycle... I better not see this as a collection account on my credit report after all of this, since the payment is not even due and they closed my account. NOT HAPPY! I wish I could say it stronger. Terrible support from Sunbit, and they still charging my bank account for my monthly payments on my personal loans... SMH

SUNBIT WILL DESTROY YOUR CREDIT!!!
The customer service at Sun bit is very rude and they are not willing to accommodate your needs.
Sun bit does not value their customers.
Instead of being accommodating they would rather lose customers!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Called about a late payment that I couldn't access because of covid-19...no help
Ive had an account with you guys for over a year and during the pandemic there was an $8 missed payment that I called about multiple times because I could not log into your guys portal for some reason.. both times I called I was talked to very rudely and told there is nothing they will do for me?

I'm confused why you guys marked my payment late after a few days during a pandemic when I called and couldn't get a response or help.....now my credit score is dropping because one ONE $8 payment.. I'm very upset

Desired Outcome

All I am looking for is to get the late payment removed from my account on my credit score....I paid off my entire balance because you guys told me you couldn't work with me over the phone so I was frustrated and didn't want any more problems

I realized that my Bank Account was charged for a Personal Loan that I never applied for nor heard of Sunbit and it is reported on my Credit Report.
My Bank account was charged $32.44 on June 4, 2020
It also appeared on my Credit Report
I have never heard of the Company Sunbit nor did I apply for a loan.
It appears on my credit report as"

If I could zero star this I would. I had to call them to find out I couldn't use my m lower interest credit card to pay my balance before there promotion ends. Leaving me with a boat load +30% interest rate. No where does it say on there website NO CREDIT CARDS. Unfortunately, the gentleman at Subaru didn't know that either, it didn't specify on there end of the application process. Very misleading indeed, NEVER AGAIN will I use this company.

Company withdrawing funds from unauthorized accounts. Company shut down my online portal.
This company has taken payments from multiple accounts I've asked them to only make one time payments from different accounts and each time the following bill statement I would have an automatic charge from an account I gave them no authority to use. This has happened to me several times, I call them and ask for refund of payment which they give pushback sometimes in doing but after speaking with a manager it gets done. Each of these occasions they have charged an account in which did not have funds leading to multiple $35 fees added to my account for their incompetence. After the 2nd or 3rd time enough is enough I've had to replace almost as much in fees to the bank then my actual contract with them. When I ask them to compensate me for their wrong doing I get laughed at and told it is my fault in a nutshell, even dropping the call on me has occured dealing with this company. They respond they need to have their upper management and corporate people call me back but that has been about a month ago with no contact yet either phone or mail. They have also reported to my credit report I've defaulted on their loan when in fact they have deleted my user account from their system not allowing for me to login as normal or sign up again for a new user account.

Desired Outcome

Update credit report to reflect paid account never late $0 past due $0 owed. Remove any remaining fees unverified as mine. Compensation for covering overdraft fees made on company's behalf acting in malice. Send letter explaining actions taken sent via usps mail to address on file.

I accept this update since me and company have spoken and handled the matter to my delight. I have no additional interest moving forward.

Sunbit reported me to the credit bureau and on my credit report it has the acct as a charge off, however, they are Still taking my payments.
On February 22, 2019 I was suggested and opened up an installment account from Reed Nissan. The down payment that I payed was $75.00, which was a fraud because they initially told me that there was no down payment. Here's the issue. I had a major surgery this past May the 7th, 2019, which forced me to be out of work for months and also caused me to fall behind several months. I responded via email that I cant walk and I'll be out of work for awhile and I'll resume payments once I was able to. I received a response back thanking me and I was to take my time with resuming payments. Not even after a month of that email I started receiving emails and calls once again, so when I was able to get some money rolling in I started making payments. I started doubling up on payments so that I can catch up. I had an obligation with Sunbit and I felt it was right to make my monthly payments. It wasn't until last night, December 26th, when I got a report of my credit and it appears that Sunbit reported me to the credit bureau and closed my account on September 30, 2019, without my knowing, without even notifying me. Sunbit was still billing me and also speaking with me on via phone, telling me they weren't going to report me late, they weren't going to report me as long as I kept making payments. How come the reps didnt tell me the account was sent to the credit bureau prior to them taking my payments via phone. I just called tonight and spoke with *** and what he conveyed was all news to me. I'm extremely infuriated because they were happily taking my money and me not knowing it was already a charge off. This is new news to me. The acct have been closed for months. *** replied Unfortunately we cant take it off your credit report, but if you make payments we can just report iy as paid off. I don't agree with that at all whatsoever and I told him that is a dummy move and then I asked him why would you report me and you guys not send me anything to notify me. Sunbit kept sending me emails and statement invoices. *** then said that the account was 3 months behind which is untrue because I have the emails as far as payment is concerned so I would like for you to further investigate and find out why they're taking my money, but they closed my account on 09-30- 2019 and its said the acct was charged off the account which was never explained to me until I questioned tonight. Good thing I checked. I told *** that because of that I will Not be making any more payments until that charge off is removed off my credit report.

I contacted Sunbit and advised them that they were reporting late payments on my credit report. I was told by a represenitive when I called to pay the accoount that if I made the payment in full that they would remove both late payments on both accounts because this was not my issue it was a banking issue. I then double checked with the represenitve if I paid off the full balance the account and late fees would be removed from my credit report. Well this has not happened, I contacted Transunion and they told me that the company is still verifing this negative information that was not my fault. I did my part and paid off all three accounts that were listed on my credit report on top of that the represenitve was rude. I am asking that they remove the late fee for july and august and june on the other account or remove the account as promised per rep that I spoke to.

I am seeking an apology as well as either the late payments or the accounts removed from my credit report. I paid off the merchandise (jewelry) at ***. Jewelry in. Turlock,Ca. Before any finance charge with. Sunbit was given to me. Sunbit is charging me for finance on jewelry which. I paid off directly after Christmas 2018 . It was suppose to be a balance *** for sunbit to finance, but as mentioned above ,I paid it all off,early. I want them to stop harassing me
