We have spoken with *** *** and have come to an agreement We gave an additional 20% plus $for her refund which totaled an additional $ We have verified her address and she should be receiving the check in the mail shortly

I am rejecting this
response because:I am not happy with the conclusion of this situation but I was given the additional 20% refund as a final offer from the companyIn my opinion, it should not be the responsibility of a tenant to replace the entire apartment with new carpeting for future rentersThe carpet was not in the condition that Sunbrook charged forAs indicated in my original complaint, the only portion of the carpeting that had a small stain was in the living roomI have pictures to show that I am not in agreement with the settlement but I have taken it as a lesson to learn from.

I have included the documentation and photos for charges and billing. The charges he had were correctly billed. I included an email that was sent to him explaining his charges with the documentation for his charges. There was no further correspondence received after
documentation was submitted to him. Thank you
