I, Adam Son behalf of Sunburst Auto Sales presenting these facts, at Sunburst auto Sales we care about our customers and we care to keep our reputation clean, we are being blackmailed by the customer as a result of our intention to resolve the issue, she sent the owner a message asking "what's it worth to you to take that comment down"According to our lawyer, we didn't break any laws and at the end the Judge will have the final rule and will clear everything up, we had the right to repo the car since it was due to "NO PAYMENT" and "NO INSURANCE" and it was not related to the bankruptcy, in good manner we gave the car back even though it's not required by the law, we did just because we wanted to give her another chanceduring the term we had to repo the car three times, and at the end she totaled it and had no insurance coverage, NOW she keeps coming up with additional info since she saw we care about our reputation, so now she is trying to blackmail usAdditional information to that: we put GPS in the vehicle with her consent and we have a signed form by the customer, the customer failed to pay her bill for the Insurance coverage according to the insurance companyand the rest of her respond is just made up and irrelevant, Sunburst Auto sales has been trying to resolve this issue, the customer keeps changing her story, how can we find a common ground? our goal is to resolve this issue, if the customer wants her vehicle back, she pays off her balance of USD and she can take her vehicle back and the issue will be solved and in addition to that, Sunburst Auto Sales will make a legal promise not to file a law suite against [redacted] in the future

we are not affiliated with that location anymore, I don't have all the details of what really happened, I would like to extend to you our most sincere apologies for that experience, I would like to start a clean page with you, and above that I offer you 1000$ off any vehicle you choose, all I am asking for is to take down the review since it wasn't meant to be for the service department, and it was where you purchased the vehicle, like I said the location on 2635State Street is no longer in business, and we have a different management team, If you please stop by our new location on 1760S State Street, and meet with me and our Floor Manager Tim, if you can please give us a call 801-466-

I am rejecting this response because:I do not believe the dealership was unaware my father was handicappedHe has a handicap sticker on his previous car and the Mitsubishi Galant that Sunburst repairedHe also walks with a very obvious limpI still feel they took advantage of him because he wasn't aware of what 'As Is' meantI don't believe anyone properly explained this to him but at this time I do not have time to pursue this furtherI will make sure to leave a negative review on Yelp and other review sites.

I am rejecting this response because: sunburst auto is the worst company to buy a car from by farThey tried to repo my car while it was in a open bankruptcy and by law you cannot do that I had to get my attorney involved to get my car back that same dayAlso with my insurance I always had and provided receipts to Rosie when asked to prove that I have coverageAlso they never disclosed they put a tracking device in the car with out my knowledge and that is illegal with out having knowledge before you buy a carThis business is a crock of crap not to mention they also do illegal activities such as asking former employees if they pay them 10,000$ cash if they would marry one of there family members so they could come over here from overseas They need to be seriously investigated and shut down!

We are very sorry to read that the customer placed a complaint even after we try to accommodate the customer in the best possible way.When the customer came to our dealership he requested to take the vehicle to his mechanic for an inspection. His mechanic mentionedto him that the...

vehicle needed some repairs and customer was Ok with the repairs. The vehicle was a trade-in and sold as is and it did not go to the shop for mechanical  inspection. Customer understood that the vehicle is being sold as is and with no safety or emission as required by law when wanting to register the vehicle on your own. Only state taxes in the amount of $96.17 where charged. Vehicle was sold for $1404.00 plus taxes and not for $1800.00 as stated by customer's son. Customer provided the dealership with a valid driver license and at no time showed any signs of been handicap or disabled. No handicap or disable , signs permit or restrictions where visible on his vehicle or driver license. Under no circumstances did the dealership ever took advantage or acted in unethical way. We are proud of our good reviewsonline and always take the extra step to provide our customer with the best customer service. We took the vehicle to our shop to help the customer and gave him a substantial discount, see as attached invoices. Invoice#[redacted] shows a total of $1872.09 minus a discount of $822.09leaving a balance of $1050.00 and a second invoice in the amount $476.80 minus discount of $126.02 leaving a balance due of $375.051. Webelieve that the dealership has done all possible effort to assist the customer and resolve this dispute in a fair and honest manner despite the fact that the vehicle was sold as is.

Hello, my name is Adam, here is the information in details about this case, I need to dismiss this complaint for false information that was provided by  [redacted] purchased a Ford Mustang 2012 convertable, that was financed with Sunburst Auto Sales. Sunburst Auto Sales...

repossessed [redacted]'s vehicle on 04/22/2017, because she failed to provide full coverage insurance. One of Sunburst Auto Sales policies requirment is to provide full insurance coverege on all Financed and In-house Financed vehicles or the vehicle will be subject for repossession (a signed document is attached). After several attempts to contact her, [redacted] failed to provide the proof of insurance, we sent out the order of repossession. Later that same day [redacted] sent via Text to our In-house specialist her insurance reciept of payment but it was passed the dead line, and there was an insurance lapse because she failed to renew or pay her bill on time to the insurance company. Our in-house specialist called the insurance to verify if enforced.NOTE: events that are related. On July 27th 2017, we recieved a call from [redacted], letting us know the vehicle has been in an accident, and it was reported as a total loss, we made a call to the UHP to get the information for the towing company that picked up the vehicle, "Stauffer's Towing LLC" . We provided the towing company with the title and holdharmless agreement and after paying all the fees, we repossessed the vehicle. After seeing the damage on the vehicle, we called to make a claim with [redacted]'s insurance that we had on file. The claim was made, we were contacted afterwards by the insurance company to let us know that there was no insurance active on the vehicle at the time of the accident because again, she didn't get or pay for insurance coverage, the police report also states that she was not the driver at the time of accident and that the driver was not listed as a driver on her insurance, sunburst is not required to return the car back to the customer, now [redacted] filed a bankruptcy and included the car in it, but it was after we repossessed the vehicle, the bankruptcy case is still open in court as we speak.for more info on this matter please contact Adam at 801-466-3333
